Signed Form 48 – This Form 48 is used to provide an attorney with the authorization to file your trademark application.
UdyogAadhar Registration Certificate – This is an application that is to be used in cases when you would like to get the lower trademark fee of up to Rs.4500. And if it is for Partnership Firms, LLPs, and companies which do not have UdyogAadhar, the government fee for trademark filing will be Rs.9500.
The following form needed would be the Incorporation certificate.
