Nowadays, as we all know that every person in the world wants to live a healthy lifestyle. There is a difference between a healthy and physically fit person. A physically appropriate person is may or may not be a healthy person, but a healthy person is always a physically reasonable person.

As you know, nowadays, the pandemic like COVID-19, black fungus, etc. is increasing and affecting many people, leading to death. A healthy immunity system is not affected by these spreading viruses since a healthy lifestyle is necessary for a healthy immune system. So, here we can provide you with some details and tips or tricks to live a healthy lifestyle.

(1) Use of boil water

 We should have to take a glass of some boiling water every day after wake up to get a fit and slim body. Usually, in the morning, our stomach is apparent, and boil water can melt many things, so as we drink some boiling water in the morning, it results in the melt of excess fat from the body.

(2) Take proper diet  

We should take a proper meal and diet and make a plan for our daily life. Always remember to take sugar and salt in small quantities only because excess sugar and salt may cause different types of diseases like thyroid and diabetes.

Should we take carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and all nutrients in more and more quantity in our body for living fit and get a healthy lifestyle, it is needed to replace Saturated fat with Unsaturated fat. We can maintain healthy body weight by taking green vegetables more as we can eat and take fruits every day for having a fit body.

(3) Proper exercise is necessary

Proper exercise is necessary for a healthy lifestyle; we should have to add an appropriate routine or timing of exercise, especially at the time of the morning, in our daily lifestyle. It is necessary to walk every day for at least 10 minutes to get a fit and slim body and for a healthy lifestyle.

But it is noted that nowadays many people don’t have enough time for exercise, they may do different types of domestic works at their home, yoga or asanas every day for few minutes must. Start now, and by taking these points in our mind, you can get a better and healthy lifestyle than before and get a fit and slim body.

(4) Habits that are to be avoided for a good health

We should take a task and make a mind for doing yoga daily and eat fruits and green vegetables every day habitually. We should take charge and make a mind for getting a better and healthy lifestyle. (a) MULTITASKING 

Doing two or more tasks concurrently.
Eating the food while watching the tv, scrolling down the phone screen while watching the videos, eating while we are playing and doing our job work, etc., are including in multitasking, which should be avoided. While doing two or more tasks at the same time is also can harmful for us.

It weakens the mind's power and also reducing our attention span regards work or others. Nowadays, Children feel very bored without a mobile phone in their hands. We need to guide our children also; if we have to just focus on a task and take charge and do homework only at a time, we can focus on that and do. Our work well as before the work was.

(B)  EATING WHEN THE MIND IS DISTURBED

Just like the food that we eat, that impacts our mind.
AVOID FOOD when we are feeling angry, sad, and scared. In this case, our body also says no to food and doesn’t have our mind to eat. It is the state of the sense in which the food is consumed and its impacts on our bodies.
